# Serge Nevsky

> Software engineer at Meta practicing agent-native engineering: running fleets of AI agents that ship production software.

I built an agent orchestration harness that manages the whole development
lifecycle (idea, research, plan, implement, deploy) with a fleet of AI agents
doing the heavy lifting at every phase. It made me one of the most productive
engineers at Meta, shipping across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and internal
tools on web and mobile. I serve as an Agent Captain in my org, leading agent
adoption, and I write about how the system works. Based in Kansas City. Before
Meta I led teams, designed distributed systems, and taught engineering courses
at Kansas City startups and enterprises.
