• Designed and operate an agent orchestration platform that automates as much of the idea → research → plan → implement → ship lifecycle as possible, with AI agents doing supervised production work while I concentrate on creative product development and high-judgment decisions.
• Serve as an Agent Captain, one of ~10 engineers selected across a large engineering organization to lead AI agent adoption: training engineers, setting agent-native workflow standards, and advising leadership on rollout.
• Develop the Facebook, Instagram and Messenger applications and internal tools across iOS, Android and web.
• Support critical company metrics; build frameworks that hold metrics accuracy to the highest industry standards.

• Led a development team building and designing features for an industry-leading automotive CRM: ASP.NET Core Web API, React and SQL Server.
• Designed stable, secure and scalable distributed systems on AWS (ECS, Fargate, SQS/SNS, Terraform) and on-premise hardware, and promoted the patterns across the organization.
• Designed and implemented the disaster recovery strategy across all teams, and merged two development teams with nearly 100 owned services; received a quarterly engineering award for each.
• Developed and taught a highly rated all-day distributed systems course, made required training for every engineering level.
• Held the team to zero production issues in all of 2020; mentored daily through code reviews and one-on-ones.

• Site 1001: data-driven facility management platform (.NET web app, Xamarin iOS/Android) with machine learning and IoT smart-sensor integrations; drove architecture across the stack and mentored a small team.
• Heartland Crop Insurance: mathematically intensive enterprise crop-insurance platform (C#, SQL Server) keeping growers' policies and claims correct at scale.
• Artisan Technology Group: Kansas City consultancy; built a greenfield WPF enterprise product from the ground up on a two-developer team and advised clients directly on architecture.
• PeopleAdmin (formerly Netchemia): K-12 talent management products in C# MVC; product owner working with an offshore team; led a cross-organization team of seven to win the company's first hackathon.
